Who these terms are between
These terms are between you and Synq AI, of DLF Cyber Greens, DLF Cyber City, DLF Phase 2, Sector 24, Gurugram, Haryana 122002, India. They apply to synqflow.ai and everything on it, including the voice assistant on the home page.
Using the site means you accept them. If you do not, please do not use it.
What this site is for
The site describes what we build and how it works. It is information, not an offer: no page here is a quote, a commitment to deliver, or a contract.
A deployment is governed by its own signed agreement. Where anything on this site and that agreement differ, the agreement wins. Nothing here changes what you and we have signed.
What we say here
We publish only what we can defend. Figures carry their source, examples that are drawn rather than measured say so on the page, and a client is named only with that client's written permission.
We still get things wrong, and the site changes often. Nothing on it is advice for your own situation, and a page can be out of date between the moment it was written and the moment you read it. If you find something wrong, tell us and we will correct it.
Using the voice assistant
The assistant on the home page is a demonstration. It answers from what is public on this site, in the visitor's own language, and it is capped at four minutes a call.
Every call is saved as text, both sides, word for word, and deleted after 90 days. The privacy policy says what is kept and who reads it.
- Do not tell it anything confidential, and do not give it personal data about anyone but yourself. You need their permission, and we would rather you did not.
- It can be wrong. It is a language model reading a website. Check anything that matters with a person before you act on it.
- It is not advice. Nothing it says is legal, financial, security or professional advice, and nothing it says binds us.
- Keep it to Synq AI. It is there to answer questions about what we build. Please do not use it as a general assistant, and do not try to talk it out of its instructions.
We may change the assistant, limit it, or switch it off at any time, without notice.
Booking a demo, and registering interest
When you fill in a form, please give details that are accurate and your own. We use them to answer you and to prepare the conversation you asked for, and for nothing else.
Sending a form does not book anything by itself. A demo is arranged with a person, and we may decline a request.
Using the site fairly
Please do not:
- Work around the bot check, the rate limits, or any other control on the site.
- Use automated means to hit it hard enough to degrade it for anyone else, or to run up our costs.
- Scan, probe or test it for weaknesses without asking us first. Security research is welcome; tell us before you start, and tell us what you find before you tell anyone else.
- Copy the site wholesale and publish it as your own.
- Use it to break a law, or to send anything unlawful to us.
If the site turns a request away, that is usually one of these controls doing its job. Write to us and we will sort it out.
What belongs to whom
The text, pictures, drawings, code and structure of this site belong to us, as does the Synq AI name and the wordmark. You may quote a page with attribution and a link. You may not use our name or wordmark in a way that suggests we endorse you or work with you.
Other companies' names and logos on this site belong to their owners. A logo here can mean one of several things: that we are a member of that company's partner or startup program, that we work with that organisation, or that we build on, connect to or buy its products and services. It does not mean its owner endorses, sponsors or certifies us, or is our customer, unless the page says so in words. If a mark of yours is here and you would like it changed or removed, write to us and we will do it.
Synq Sans, the typeface this site is set in, is our own derivative of Space Grotesk and is released under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. The licence text ships with the font files. Inter is used under the same licence.
Anything you send us through a form or a call stays yours. You give us permission to read it, keep it as described in the privacy policy, and use it to answer you.
Links to other places
Some pages link out, for example to LinkedIn or to a report we cite. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for what they say or do. A link is not an endorsement.
What we warrant, and what we do not
The site is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will always be available, that every page is free of errors, or that the assistant will answer any particular question.
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, including anything you do because of something the assistant said. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
This section is about the website. What we warrant in a deployment is in the agreement that covers it.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and a dispute about them is for the Indian courts.
Changes to these terms
We change these terms from time to time, and the date at the top moves when we do. Using the site after a change means you accept the version then published.
